PHM AMBASSADOR

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Hotel Ambassador Reward program is to motivate and give recognition to employees in order to always follow the hotel’s service value, greeting and grooming standard and to ensure that all employees adhere to our service value and appearance standard to exceeding guest’s expectation and maintain positive brand image.

COMMITTEE

For fair and efficient execution of this program, the selection procedures will be carried out through a Committee, which consist of Dept. Head and Executive Committee.

SELECTION RULES

  • The selection process of Hotel Ambassador will be conducted every two months and there are 2 (two) selection area as Front of the house and Back of the house.
  • Human Resources Leader will screen the nominated candidate. All employees are entitled to be nominated.
  • Once a staff member is selected as Hotel Ambassador, the same staff member cannot be nominated again in the same year. Candidate to be separated by Front of the house (Guest Contact) and Back of the house.

CRITERIA

  • Implementing our service value and greeting standard
  • Showing excellence grooming with friendly smile
  • Having a positive attitude and good personality
  • Having good initiative, creative and enthusiasm in their work
  • Having good comment from guest, optional

NOMINATION AND SELECTION

  • Every employee is eligible for nomination by others in their department, and the department Head shall then nominate the one with the highest votes
  • The complete form should be submitted to HRD at 1 week the latest prior the selection day.
  • The panel of juries shall consist of General Manager, Executive Asst.Manager/Hotel Manager, Executive Committee and Board of Management.

REWARD

  • Each selected Hotel Ambassador will be awarded with a certificate, Photo taking and Cash award as Rp. 250,000,- (Two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
  • Photo to be post at HRD Bulletin Board.
  • To be nominated for the Hotel Ambassador of the Year.

DISPLAY

Photo with name, position and department of Hotel Ambassador will be displayed on employee’s notice board.
